Fiscal Sponsorship

FPCG is a 501.c3 for organization.  We provide fiscal sponsorship to garden projects that fit within our mission.

Frequently, companies and organizations are happy to provide funding for projects provided they flow through some accountable entity.  FPCG is such an entity.  We receive funds from the funder, place it on our books, and reimburse the sponsored entity for expenses incurred on the project up to the amount of money raised.  Depending on the arrangement with the funder, unspent funds are returned to the funder.

FPCG also does the final reporting on the expenditures to the funder and the garden.
